To nurture outstanding and top-notch talent, the company has established a School of Technology, School of Quality Control, and School of Management. Himax senior executives will lead each school.  Mid management will serve as a class coordinator who plans the courses according to company policy and corporate vision. Every school enjoys established, abundant, and well-diversified resources for its own training courses, lectures, and seminars for the on-job training of Himax employees.
